—— POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of a cross-functional team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the business development for medical materials with OEM services applied for interventional and implantable medical devices. This position will focus on identifying new opportunities and then rapidly growing product sales to meet agreed business targets.

-Collect market intelligence in responsible regions, contribute and propose market development strategy to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy;
-Carry out assessment of target market segments; fully tap cooperation potential with OEM solutions;
-Communicate concise overview and opportunities; Drive sustainable sales growth;
-Fulfill other tasks assigned related to sales among the Contract, NDA, Standard Technical Specification, Framework Agreement etc.;
-Cooperate with cross functional colleagues like technical, PM, customer services and productions for necessary topics of delivery time, payment and exporting documents confirmation etc.;
- Establish and improve the effective communication mechanism. Routine customer visit and firm relationship with key customers;
- Identify and participate in trade organizations, medical shows, product introduction meeting etc.;
-Bachelor degree or above, background in medical-related or polymer material is highly preferred;
-Fluent in English, and Spanish or Chinese writing & speaking is plus point;
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical devices market or polymer material in medical application field of OEM solutions;
-Must have 3+ years in customer interface/customer relationship management;
-Strong negotiator; ability to influence others without direct authority over them;
-Strong presentation and communication skills, oral and written, at all levels / internally and externally;
-Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment with a large and varied workload;
-Poised when under pressure;
-Must be willing to travel to customers.
